Tried this method earlier bike return 0.7 and 0.8 after setting 1.3 km . Not getting 1.5 km in couple tries. But 1.3 is fine now. Mixer screw set near close to 4 anticlock round at maximum rpm range. 🔥🔥 Thanx 👍

Beautiful, How old was this bike when this video was shot? Beautifully maintained bike. If old, how do you wash your bike? Do you use any polish? My Karizma r has starting troubles if I dont run it for day or 2. Please suggest what can I do to fix it. Thanks for your time. Keep up the good work :)

As you know, Karizma is the most trusted touring bike in india, and we often take it for long rides. If we know the carburettor tuning it will be helpful for us when brake down happens in remote locations like Leh Ladakh and Spiti valley. Plus a fuel getting too

Mecture screw full tight karke 2full round screw loose kardo or rpm tight karke 1100 rpm kardo or double point wala spark plug laga do fir model 2004 ho ya 2014. 50 se 55 km milege dega speend 60km rakho
boss today i did meilage setting as sme as you did but no change in milage initial meilage 0.8 after setting also 0.8 . what is problem can you suggest me any tip

i did the same but when fuel mixture screw is rotating anti clock wise my rpm goes to 3500 rpm and more is it correct or I stop it 2000 rpm ,

I have this bike 2012 model only 7590km driven
I have a question my Honda unicorn 150 milage is low current milage is approx 35 to 40kmpl have to improve but I can't when I start to the setting of air screw it s just increase 5000rpm . What to do for mor milage. And another the spark plug reading is like choke condition. little golden colour. I have change the daiyapharam also
That's i thing good mileage indication.. i belive you don't need to mess up with it.

Hello Sir I have karizma r of 2011 model of November sube sube starting problem self se start nahi hota aur kit kit kit karke sound aata hai isiliye maine Naya relay dala aur Rectify b naya dala battery tho ek saal b nahi hua hai dal ke charge karwaya fir b same problem aur samjo agar mei trip zero karke 5km chalaya aur gaadi band kiya fir wapas bike start karne se trip zero hojata hai iske liye kuch solution milta hai hai plz

try to increase the RPM of the bike Like (1200-1600) if it works then good if dnt ..Replace ur spark plug or try changing ur battery

bikul nahi keep that original carburetor, lekin jab mileage kab ho jaya kare tab use set kar lia karo.

Sir air mixture kaa jo scru hai usko kitne rpm tak set kar naa hai means kitne rpm tak janaa chaahiye means 2000 ki 3000 rpm me..
1000-1500 Rpm...!!
i wud really like to thank you for keeping up this good work as it helped me a lot recently i started getting 25kmpl on my karizma while earlier i used to get 35kmpl.Your tutorial restored my mileage to 35kmpl again.thanks once again.

yea.. its gonna effect the engine in long run.. the mixture is not right if u are getting 51.. it heats up fast and breaks down the engine on long run.. i get 28 in city.. due to traffic and my riding.. 33 on highway.. i did this trick in 2014.. used to get 36 in my city.. 40 on highway.. less traffic condition.. don't tweak too much.. affects the engine

I have a 2012 Karizma R, I am facing over heating issue. If I just travel around 5-10 kms in 40-60km speed it gets so hot that I can't put my legs on footresters. Engine Oil is changed in time. Anybody knows what's going on????, Also I can hear timing chain sound which gets a bit louder after engine gets heated.
1.Check your karizma tappet setting, if it's more than .10mm then bring it to .10mm
2.Change your engine oil,
If you are willing to go with synthetic oil then put 20W 50 else
10W 30 in case of mineral oil.
Dont go to the authorised service center cuz they charge 300 to 400 for just tappet settings.
And before you go to any mechanic,ride your bike 7 to 8 km

Bro I have tasted it in the way u said... In off position my bike delivers exactly 1.5 km without any changes make into it... Shall I go further to inhance it or shall keep it as it is... Now....
My model is 2005 oct karizma 79373km as on date.

For heating issue mix 90 no gear oil with ur engine oil with 70:30 ratio.
Or mix 20w50 and 10w40 engine oil and use it. . . Use shell if possible
I would like to know how much mileage are you getting because few weeks back i filled 13 litres of petrol and the fuel got emptied just after 250km i would really appreciate your reply on this comment to increase the mileage. I live in Mumbai city and its not even giving 35 as mentioned while launch. Please Help 🥺

I have a Karizma R 2014 model (pre facelift) done 18000 kms. I am unable to ride the bike slowly in 3 rd and 4 th gear between 2700-3700 rpm. It always stutters at that range and the ride is quite jerky. I need to open the throttle more often to get the bike going smoothly. EngiNe also sounds quite rough and loud and heats up quite easily. What could be the problem? Is it running too lean ?Do i need to clean the carb? Also, suggest me the best engine oil(Brand and Grade) for my bike.
yes you should and also tune it if you can..!!
Use shell 20w50 and 10w40 hx7 engine oil mix tum. . .
Check weather the oil pump in the engine isn't choke. . .
