    Had my first game of this season today how do I get my marks to see how well I did?

      How did it go Theo? You don’t get your marks. The league are showing me my marks for the games I record for the video. You will never know your marks.

    5. A bib goes on now, or you go in the book. Simple.
    Pen, might be soft in some peoples opinion, but it’s a pen.
    However, I would have cautioned the kicker and given an in direct free kick, for me if you have to step backwards that’s not a stutter in your run up, it’s more.

      The step back bit was my fault as I said to the players in the corner of the D on the other side to step back as they came in before but the kicker thought I was talking to him

      Appreciate the clarification as I was going to state that a retake should have been awarded. Indirect free kick and yellow card would not have been appropriate even if he had stopped his run and stepped back on his own accord. It would’ve been a retake of the kick. IFAB clearly states that if the kicker or kicking team offends and a goal is scored, it’s a retake.
      Only IDFK situations are when the kicking team only offends and they miss, feinting kicking the ball at the end of the run up, kicking backwards, or another teammate taking the kick instead of the designated kicker , and a double touch…

      Law 12, offences and sanctions,
      feinting to kick the ball once the kicker has completed the run-up (feinting in the run-up is permitted); the referee cautions the kicker.
      However you are correct on the restart it would be a retaken penalty, I got that bit wrong.

      @@Prell88 feinting the kick would actually be a yellow card and indirect free kick. This situation for me didn't constitute feinting a kick - it was just stopping his run.

    Is that allowed to do during a penalty take? he literally stopped twice!

    • @RefsWorld
      @RefsWorld  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      He stopped because two players already came in the box and I was telling them to hold there run, so the kicker thought I was talking to him. It only affected the kicker and he stopped way before the ball which we’ve seen in run ups

      It's not specifically prohibited. If it's done excessively he might be "delaying the restart of play", which can earn a caution. And he has to immediately strike the ball once he's planted a foot beside it; otherwise, he's illegally feinting and the kick is lost (while also earning a caution).

    • @RefsWorld
      @RefsWorld  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I agree with the illegal feinting just before the kick but he wasn’t close enough to the ball for that

    Yeah, that was a pen. It’s almost funny that they argue those isn’t it??

      They always argue it. It’s just a shame it wasn’t the clearest to see on camera
