I've got the adjustable dumbells. I've set up at home in the spare room. I didn't think about a floor matt but it is a good idea. Will have to look into getting some. Looks alright.
Home gym sounds like a good idea! A cheap alternative to lat pull down is buying a pull up bar, and then you use resistance bands for assistance if you can’t do pull ups yet
Less is more with a home gym mate dumbells, bench and a barbell are perfect and can work every body part with them, I’ve added a pull up bar and the dip bars u can get off amazon cheap, u can use them for dips or reverse press ups to work the back and biceps, bought a spin bike and a treadmill pad type thing but hardly use them, stick to the basics nothing fancy for good solid results with a small home gym
Why not just empty the shed I can almost guarantee most of the stuff in your shed you hardly ever use or in fact never use. It would look a lot more tidy and have a better feel about it. Also. You could just buy a small shed if you wanted to keep most of the things. I think you could style the gym out properly and it would feel much better IMO
Awesome mate
Thanks mate 🙏

@@Rippindrones I’m going to but a lot of the storage isn’t mine that’s why. I’d have it empty! 😆
