Do they use mature matsutake to signify late autumn? Often one sees luxury matsutake dishes that use the unopened younger form.
You could be right. the leaves, the wheat, and the emphasis on slightly simmered elements. But just imagine the price of this 1\4 of matsutake. I heard it's outrageous, even more than truffle.

The steak looks marbled with fat but I don’t know never seen a steak like that but was curious, they give the food to the customers in so many forms like the customers are toddlers??
