Sorry to hear about Satchmo. I lost my dog of 14 years a couple of years back and it broke my heart. 6 months later I rescued a little dog . I was sceptical at first as it felt like I was replacing my old dog but I couldn't have been more wrong. My new dog had a completely different personality and acted so different from my old dog. In the end it was her who rescued me, she healed the hole left in my heart and is now as attached to me as Satchmo was to you.
That's so lovely! I'm so glad you found someone to love again! We still have Siren and we do love her but it just doesn't feel the same yet. I'm sure over time it will 💙
So saddened that y'all had to let Satchmo go, he'll still by close to your heart and one day he'll be waiting for you by Rainbow Bridge 😍 Our pets are so much more than pets for sure!🤗🤗
So sorry for the loss of your fur baby it’s so hard to lose a family member I have been thru that and it is so hard. It will get better it took me three years after gizmo was put to sleep until I would allow another dog around me. My son brought home Tess such a little thing she was so little a rat terrier just like my gizmo. She looks just like him and she is my heart I never thought I could let another fur baby in there. Take your time to grieve and then let love come back in and find you a new fur baby for a best friend xoxo
We still have Siren, they have been together their whole life. She is sad and grieving too so we are pouring love into her but its never the same is it? I'm glad you found some peace with your new friend 💙
