Guest Lecture 2:The Food Challenge-Let’s start to achieve global food security with organic farming

Dr. Felix zu Loewenstein, an organic farmer since 1994 and advocate for organic agriculture, addressed the question of whether organic farming can feed the world in a lecture. He pointed out the flaws of the current industrial food system, noting that it doesn't consider the true costs of production, like environmental damage and health issues. He urged the audience to question whether this system is truly feeding the world, especially when the majority of food is produced by small-scale farmers.
