Thanks for your close listening and comment. When you say that it's "movement of ions through the t tubules," it sounds like you are describing movement similar to water through a hose. The movement of ions within the t tubules occurs as a voltage reversal across the membrane of the t tubule, like an action potential. That is what I meant by using the term "conduction through the membrane." Thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment.
