अयोध्या धाम रेलवे स्टेशन को कई आधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस किया गया है. यह रेलवे स्टेशन किसी एयरपोर्ट से कम नहीं लगता है. इस रेलवे स्टेशन को कुल तीन चरण में विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिसका पहला चरण पूरा हो चुका है.
इसका पुननिर्माण 240 करोड़ रुपये में हो रहा है . नए रेलवे स्टेशन को कुल तीन मंजिला बनाया जा रहा है. आधुनिक फैसिलिटी के साथ ही आपको इस रेलवे स्टेशन में संस्कृति और श्री राम मंदिर की छवि भी दिखाई देगी.
​Ayodhya Dham railway station opening: PM Narendra Modi has inaugurated the redeveloped Ayodhya railway station on December 30, 2023. Ahead of the inauguration, the Ayodhya railway junction was given a new name: Ayodhya Dham. The new Ayodhya Dham railway station building has been given a temple architecture facade as a tribute to Lord Ram, while the interior boasts “airport-like” amenities. The inauguration of the new station building assumes significance ahead of the consecration ceremony at the Ram Mandir on January 22, 2024, after which Ayodhya is expected to see a rush of pilgrims and tourism.
