There is a video on Dimash's TH-cam channel where Dimash sings at the opening ceremonies but you barely see Dimash at all since the video mostly shows the Olympic committee walking around with the Olympic flag in a circle on the main stadium track to Dimash's voice singing in the background. (I thought it was a very odd thing to do for a tv broadcast of the opening ceremonies to barely show Dimash and the orchestra.) great reaction. I'm not sure how many people in his "entourage" but it's a lot. On stage alone, he always has his 3 backup singers, his band, which is at least 10 or more, his dancers, usually about 8(?), and the rest, I have no idea-sorry, but it's a lot more than I mentioned. His dad is usually there too. As for playing multiples of the same song, try not to worry! He has so many fans, and we all have different opinions on what vids are best (me included), and there's no way you can please us millions of fans 😉, or you'd be playing the same songs over and over and over. I always think that there are no wrong videos or versions, but there are performances of his that touch me more than others and this one seems very majestic to me. I can't say exactly why. I think it fits the song really well. Igor is simply the composer, I don't know why he is mentioned in the title of this performance, but it is also Igor's channel where the video is shown. I don't know if he really sings deeper or if it just seems that way because of the different overall effect. It's sometimes amazing what effects things have. There are other songs where it's also exciting to see other versions. For example, the song Daybreak from The Singer 2017 vs. the concert version. He was ill in The Singer 2017 and there was also this competition. In the concert he is healthy and totally free. By the way, for Daybreak 2017 it makes sense to watch the video with the background information, because that's where the drama of him being ill and how he was cared for comes out and the story of the song is shown. I believe this is the first performance of Olympico, which is the first song composed by Igor Krutoy especially for the voice of Dimash. It was a fitting grand introduction to a much broader audience for him, here at the Opening of the European Games, with many thousands in attendence, and millions more watching from the athletes home countries. The version he did later, as part of his Digital Show, he created during lockdown, has a very different feeling. The energy and atmosphere of a Live Performance to a massive arena audience cannot be beaten, especially for this top talent. # The pressure for him here must have been immense, and you'll notice that he is frequently touching his inner ear monitors. Dimash said later that they ( his IEM's) failed and he could hear nothing, the backing orchestra or choir, through them, so he was trying to signal this to the sound techs, while attempting to make his gestures still seem part of the performance. Good thing he has perfect pitch and perfect timing isn't it! Great work and total professionalism.

He has his own backing vocalists and his own band, and there are a lot of those. He has Igor Krutoy and people that work on his songs and of course the mini films he makes. He sings in so many languages so many different songs, he forgets 😂. Another example of him being human, his highest note in live performance was the Gakku concert Unforgettable Day where he hit a D8 however he missed the note right before hitting that D8. A mon avis sans le Covid Dimash serait une megastar en occident. Sa tournée de concerts a été interrompue quelques dates avant la fin…juste avant les concerts étaient à guichets fermés dont celui de New-York où les billets étaient vendus longtemps à l’avance. J’ai vu des fancams ou les gens étaient hystériques. Ses derniers concerts en décembre ont rempli des stades de plus de 40000 personnes. D’ailleurs celui de Astana remporte le prix de meilleur concert de l’année 2024. C’est la preuve qu’avec de la persévérance et surtout beaucoup de talent un artiste indépendant n’a pas besoin de la grosse machinerie de l’industrie musicale. Il faut juste un peu plus de temps..

This is not his concert. Any time he is introduced it is not his solo concert. At his concerts he doesn't need to be introduced. He has his own singers, his own dancers, his own musicians, they are known as the DQ team. He sometimes has guests. However he has his own company and is the CEO and has control over everything. He does not have concerts every week, the logistics would be far too difficult. Btw there is no right or wrong version, except at The World's Best, where they lied to him about competing against children which was not done in Khahzakstan, so he withdrew and they cut his appearance to pieces. You can do as many versions of each song as you can find. Try Know, done LiLaSi. There are pieces from 10. A very good version was at Kiev.

There is a video on Dimash's TH-cam channel where Dimash sings at the opening ceremonies but you barely see Dimash at all since the video mostly shows the Olympic committee walking around with the Olympic flag in a circle on the main stadium track to Dimash's voice singing in the background. (I thought it was a very odd thing to do for a tv broadcast of the opening ceremonies to barely show Dimash and the orchestra.)
Dimash sings Olimpico (so far) at every one of his concerts along with Love of Tired Swans (another Igor composition originally sung by Lara Fabian and redesigned and produced by Dimash) which is a great Dears favorite to which they "sing-a-long" the chorus with Dimash. There is a joint album that Igor released called "Dimash Kudaybergen and Igor Krutoy" (yes, they spelt it that way) which you can find on all streaming platforms (Spotify, TH-cam Music, Amazon Music, Apple, etc.) which includes Olimpico, Passione, Ave Maria, Stranger, Love of Tired Swans, Know, Your Love, Where Love Lives, Mademoiselle Hyde, Ulisse, Ti Amo Cosi, I Miss You and Your Love. "Okay", another Igor composition and original song Dimash produced and sang is not on the album but is an MV on Dimash's channel and was released as a single on the streaming platforms.
I love this version so much. It sounds so majestic, matching the lyrics, powerful, and uplifting. The message is very inspirational...and the music, melody, chorus just adds to Dimash's impeccable singing. Love Dimash's lower tones here, so rich and powerful and contrasts so beautifully with the higher notes. I really enjoy watching your reactions, you are totally immersed in the song, Dimash's vocals, presentation. Funny you mentioned the Titanic.... great reaction. I'm not sure how many people in his "entourage" but it's a lot. On stage alone, he always has his 3 backup singers, his band, which is at least 10 or more, his dancers, usually about 8(?), and the rest, I have no idea-sorry, but it's a lot more than I mentioned. His dad is usually there too. As for playing multiples of the same song, try not to worry! He has so many fans, and we all have different opinions on what vids are best (me included), and there's no way you can please us millions of fans 😉, or you'd be playing the same songs over and over and over. Igor Kruotoy is a very famous Russian composer. He heard Dimash sing, and he actually came out of retirement. You'll see him in some of his videos, he's the bald man playing the piano. I always think that there are no wrong videos or versions, but there are performances of his that touch me more than others and this one seems very majestic to me. I can't say exactly why. I think it fits the song really well.
Igor is simply the composer, I don't know why he is mentioned in the title of this performance, but it is also Igor's channel where the video is shown.
I don't know if he really sings deeper or if it just seems that way because of the different overall effect. It's sometimes amazing what effects things have.
There are other songs where it's also exciting to see other versions. For example, the song Daybreak from The Singer 2017 vs. the concert version. He was ill in The Singer 2017 and there was also this competition. In the concert he is healthy and totally free. By the way, for Daybreak 2017 it makes sense to watch the video with the background information, because that's where the drama of him being ill and how he was cared for comes out and the story of the song is shown. It's very important to watch the 2017 video with subtitles.

I believe this is the first performance of Olympico, which is the first song composed by Igor Krutoy especially for the voice of Dimash. It was a fitting grand introduction to a much broader audience for him, here at the Opening of the European Games, with many thousands in attendence, and millions more watching from the athletes home countries.
The version he did later, as part of his Digital Show, he created during lockdown, has a very different feeling. The energy and atmosphere of a Live Performance to a massive arena audience cannot be beaten, especially for this top talent.
# The pressure for him here must have been immense, and you'll notice that he is frequently touching his inner ear monitors. Dimash said later that they ( his IEM's) failed and he could hear nothing, the backing orchestra or choir, through them, so he was trying to signal this to the sound techs, while attempting to make his gestures still seem part of the performance. Good thing he has perfect pitch and perfect timing isn't it! Great work and total professionalism.

Igor Krutoy wrote this piece of music for Dimash to perform at the Olympics (I think). Usually, when Dimash performs Igor Krutoy's compositions, they appear on the stage together, with Igor at the grand piano.
This was the opening ceremonies of the 2019 Eastern European Games in Minsk, Belarus. Composed by Igor Krutoy and Lyrics by Lilia Vinogradova and of course performed live by Dimash. He sings in so many languages so many different songs, he forgets 😂. A mon avis sans le Covid Dimash serait une megastar en occident. Sa tournée de concerts a été interrompue quelques dates avant la fin…juste avant les concerts étaient à guichets fermés dont celui de New-York où les billets étaient vendus longtemps à l’avance. J’ai vu des fancams ou les gens étaient hystériques. Ses derniers concerts en décembre ont rempli des stades de plus de 40000 personnes. D’ailleurs celui de Astana remporte le prix de meilleur concert de l’année 2024. C’est la preuve qu’avec de la persévérance et surtout beaucoup de talent un artiste indépendant n’a pas besoin de la grosse machinerie de l’industrie musicale. Il faut juste un peu plus de temps..

This is not his concert. Any time he is introduced it is not his solo concert. At his concerts he doesn't need to be introduced. He has his own singers, his own dancers, his own musicians, they are known as the DQ team. He sometimes has guests.
However he has his own company and is the CEO and has control over everything. He does not have concerts every week, the logistics would be far too difficult.
Btw there is no right or wrong version, except at The World's Best, where they lied to him about competing against children which was not done in Khahzakstan, so he withdrew and they cut his appearance to pieces.
