Run Stable Diffusion with GPUs for cheap on vast.ai

- Hello everyone!
In this video, I walk you through my workflow for setting up instances that can run a stable diffusion web, all using a GPU configuration of your preference.
You can take advantage of the interruptible instances at a cost of $0.01/hour or go for on-demand instances at $0.15/hour. Feel free to experiment and find what works best for you! Just remember to terminate those instances when you're done.

This was a great tutorial, thank you. I have been wanting to play with stable diffusion and this was a great way to do it. One thing I found was there is an error in your script on line 20. Otherwise it worked!

hi, how do you setup you custom dockers? i even struggle to get some basic cuda/nvidia docker running , so that when i create a server i want to have "nvcc" and cuda available. Any idea?
If you are using vast.ai, you can specify a custom docker image, when you ssh in it you are directly into the machine.
Normally cudia/nvidia is already there.
You can't run docker inside the existing docker image you are in (limitation for security purposes),

bonjour Simon , merci pour cette video tres interessante mais je dois dire que je suis un peu perdu quant a telecharger des modeles, Lora, embeddings dans l'instance sd et pouvoir les utiliser> Vous parlez de scripts en lien permettant de faire ce telechargement , je tombe sur une page pour generer du texte sur SD ??? un peu perdu !!! et 0 total en code , si vous pouviez un peu expliquer ou redonner un lien pour ces scripts , ca serait vraiment top , merci d'avance

Bonjour Simon, visiblement tu es français... Dommage de pas avoir fait une vidéo explicative en français. Ne comprenant pas tout j'ai vite décroché... Même avec les sous titres, difficile à suivre. Dommage surtout que la partie pour monter son propre workflow m'interessait assez.

Vast AI does not have their crap together. Maybe one day they will or Maybe not. At this time I deffinately admise most to add them to the stay away list. They need to at the very least add detailed doc and videos but at this time it's a wasteland and they do not even seem to have support ( oh did find discord but that's still not having support as most fuuly grown adults do not deal with such a useless broken and time wasting system )
