    I LOVE the sock idea, totally solved my sewing problem , I'm using hair tie and fleece sock. Thank you for the tips :)

    Thank you. I thought it would be easy but I wanted confirmation. I usually buy them but I go through so many due to my neck injury. Great idea!!

    I made one using a pair of white foot less knee highs, put lavender oil in the rice, mixed well. I tied a knot in one end, fill the sock with 4 cups of rice & tie another knot. Perfect length & weight.

    I bought an aromatherapy neck pack about a year. the oils have faded (smell gone). is there anyway to refresh the oils?

      Just drop more oil onto the sock, it's the aroma of the oils that relax the senses. The rice still heats & disperses the fragrance. Just refresh by adding more oil as needed.

    how long does the oil last when it's in the sock?

      @AdrianneSurian  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not sure! I made this last summer, and mine still smells great. It's not as strong as it was on day one, but it's still well-scented - and even more, if I microwave it.

    What brand of essential oils do you use?

    • @AdrianneSurian
      @AdrianneSurian  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use any brand you like! I don't do much with oils other than little projects like this but I have used both DoTerra and Young Living.
