Hello from Paris. I just discovered your channel too what you do. I also personalized my characters with the tower I try little by little to have all the characters. I didn’t really know about transparent bricks, can I give you some ideas to put characters in height? 😁 you don’t have Instagram I would shut up asking for advice and your opinion on customizations 😊

Where can i get more clear mounts for figures to attach to the tower?
I got mine from bricklink but you can also get some from legos pick a brick site

What are the wall mounts you use?
They're from Home Depot! They're called J Shelf brackets and are about 12 inches deep.

Does posing minifgures like this make them crack easy or loosen at the joints more frequently? I have a similar setup and would like to pose the figs like this but I’ve always been nervous of ruining the figs by having them posed for so long.
Also what is that building in the middle it looks awesome
It does, but I haven't noticed any of my minifigs cracking or being damaged from the display. In my opinion its worth the risk to display your minifigs and enjoy them in that display space rather then store them away in fear of them being damaged.
