I hate Syuen no matter how they try to gloss over by changing her character on christmas. The thing she's done is more than enough to put anyone on a lifetime jail or death sentence. She impersonated Shifty, killed Exia, tortured Yuni and Cummander's squad, forged crime evidence, blackmailing, stole Vapaus, spreading false information, always being a backstabbing liar, being irresponsible after commiting first degree felonies, called raptures to attack Ark, and many other things i'm too tired to type.
And also basically bring a massive rapture siege straight into the ark, lure out civilians out of the emergency shelters (killing a whole bunch of them) and commit what is basically the 26/11 of the Ark

I do find if funny how we have 6 'criminal' Nikkes in the game right now and they are all from Missilis. (or at least, they where criminals AFTER becoming nikkes, unlike Pepper and Marry). I think we have two more nikkes coming out that work in some kinda underground smuggling ring and their both Tetra Line, but Syuen is not working a good ratio right now.

Exotics: while they seem like criminal, they work like double agents with a bit mix of mercenary (as explained in some story bond and new event "D-Outsiders") Real-Kindness: not sure, but from guilty perspective (as getting one Real-Kindness unit is pretty tough), they weren't criminal, but they just accidentally designed very strong, so they all went to rehabilitation center.

Yeah damn you actually right, when comparing the other 2 to Missilis they definitely feel less powerful, but I think also for story reasons like how Tetra is for entertainment purposes and Elysion being Ark Security (which makes no sense because Missilis can just kick Elysion’s butt so how does that work)
To be fair, Tetra don't even tried Elysion beat most of Missilis Nikke with actual experience while Pilgrim stomp with both gear and experience. Gear and weaponry are important but the user is what the most important. Like give Elysion high tech stuff and you could just see them as Pilgrim.

Need an update for pinne after the Ocerzone event. They made a background starter Nikke into the center plot of one of the most powerful Nikkes, attributed to the saddest stories, and made herself her own character. No longer "mass produced" nikke, she's Pinne now.
