I know about VA appointments, usually take alll day. The Va makes the appointments for you and then you have to show up. My husband is a veteran. I hope you get it all figured out, the new house will be so nice for your family.

A BIG thank you for your husbands service and indeed the appointments take up sooo much time. Plus our daughters specialist is 2 hours away so that doesn't help...lol. We take it all one day at a time...😁👍

You might want to check that child support almost all states it is 18 or when they graduate high school. College doesn't count.

Our divorce decree states 21 if going to college and being supported by the parent. Unfortunately she is still being supported by her mother.

Yes we could have gotten a VA loan indeed but in the long run it would have cost almost double because VA has waaaay more rules that are required and the home owner is NOT allowed to do any of the work.
