Making new heads or even swapping ones repainted helps make it a new robot, I think it's cool to have sets of types like the Fairlady Z cars in the Diaclone Transformers. Dr Wu makes very compelling compact offerings. It's a wonderful collection.
I love this series. I just got my dark gold bug+cyclones and megatron. I gotta say, no "toy" has made me giggle like an 8 year old than the goldbug set. The transformation chef's kiss. Amazing. I gave the cyclones the traditional head btw. I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do. Need scourge and jazz, please! (I know scourge is coming)
I have the inferno mold. And though i love it, dont wanna collect more retools. Id pick up wheeljack if they pack him with a decepticon. Im noricing i have generally twice as many sutobots than decepticons
How Dr.Wu can get away with putting The Offspring logo on Shattered Glass Goldbug without catching a cease and desist is beyond me
