A while ago I came across a video in which you told the story how you talked to a woman who was sure to kill herself and in talking with with you she was willing to explain to you all the reasons why. In the video you told not only her story but at the same time you made us aware that for her is was the first time that someone was willing to listen to her without shying away or trying to change her view... may be its just me but i feel that at the end of each meditation session Jeff has this little boy inside him expression that just wants to explode bursting out laughing but he's holding it in for some reason and again may be its just me! even bursting out at the end with laughter is allowed!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am shocked to hear a soundtrack on this video.
Perplexing.
I’ve seen Jeff thrice in person at his retreats, and have regularly participated in his online offerings for the past 3years. Never before today have I heard Jeff have musical accompaniment. This video is an anomaly.
I’m truly dumbfounded.
I will find another video of his, one without music. 😅
I have had to give up on this meditation due to the awful advert(s) which really don't work for a meditative experience. I usually play a meditation to go to sleep and the ads just wreck it. It's a shame
