Being "better" just depends on your taste. I actually watched both shows, but I LOVED Martin. They are completely different, so that's not a proper comparison in that respect. And speaking of respect, Fox showed a total lack of that AND appreciation for how treated them. I'm glad Martin checked them.
Fox always treated their shows like shit. They gave Martin a gift basket for a 100th. They cancelled Married with Children, the longest show on the whole network at that time (which also put them on the map before The Simpsons) without even telling the cast and crew and wouldn't let them film a real last episode, they canned almost all their black sitcoms in 1994 like Roc, Sinbad Show, South Central etc. forced New York Undercover to make all these changes that hurt the show its final couple years etc. just a horribly ungrateful and classless network!
Funny thing now is that nobody gives a damn about how Bill Cosby feels or what he says!! And that’s a real shame!! Martin was and is one of the best comics in History!!!!!!!!!
