@@miriamnyambura4685 yes you can. But just a little. I use the ugali flour so as not to interfere with the chapati taste. You can use even amaranth as asked. But also just a little. Flours that have intense flavors will alter the taste of the chapati. Sometimes even texture.

@@miriamnyambura4685 some flours like cassava flour make very tasty chapatis but they reduce shelf life.
