Burton Dassett Hills and Warwickshire rural ride

- In between the longer bike trips I took my motorcycle on a short Saturday ride through rural areas of Warwickshire up to the Burton Dassett Hills - one of the most scenic places near Coventry. It's absolutely fantastic that even in the middle of flat and completely uninteresting area you can find such a gems in this country. Love that.

Nice ride! I used to go to Burton Dassett all the time as a kid to fly kites (90's). Got my Mod1 & 2 at the end of the month, will definitely be gallivanting around Warwickshire again!

I really enjoy this style of video. I think you do it really well. I'm going to try to copy it in a future video but will probably mangle it...
I'm sure it can be done better, so give it a try. I guess it all depends if you can talk in an interesting way. I'm certainly not the best at it but hopefully getting better. cheers.

It's a great place to be very early in the morning as the sun is coming up. Then go either west in to the Cotswolds or east towards the Super Sausage Cafe for breakfast.
If only I could wake up that early ;) I'm a night person, so the only way is the sunset or to stay for the night :D I heard good things about Super Sausage Cafe, so thanks for another recommendation - I really need to visit them after that lockdown

Nice to see you out and about again , I lived in Coventry years ago on radford road , I think you should check out Pembrokeshire sometime, Or maybe a tour of the welsh castles there’s hundreds 😃
Don't you miss Coventry? ;) I was in Pembrokeshire 3 years ago, will be back at some point I just don't know when. The problem I have with the castles is that there is always a problem with parking. And even a bigger one with leaving your bike with luggage there :)
That's not far from me, I'll check that out, so what was the problem with the white van? Thieves, or parking warden?
Nah, they just parked next to the canal with engine running so they ruined the nice view and it wasn't so quiet anymore ;) But never mind. You should defo check that place, really pleasant.
