I love the way you really engage with the audience and really got into depth with explaining everything your doing while doing it and still finishing what you're doing
I find it very polite and respectful that you mention the staff by name in your videos. Very professional. Quite complimentary about the food. There's a narrative to writing as much as you can write this, called show don't tell. It is huge, but it's delicious. More over you do not complain. In fact you have let people know about thinking ahead. Letting food cool, not choking etc etc. Very polite and professional!

Wild Atlantic Way is stunning, I live in Belfast but have been down a few times. The locally sourced seafood can be amazing too as you've discovered. Hope you guys make it up this way during your trip!
I must admit, I’m not a fan of seafood. And then when I saw the picture it didn’t look too good. But watching them make it changed my mind. That looked delicious. Cool video, thanks
I about hurled when I saw the cover photo. That's how much I dislike seafood. And that white sauce. Oh man...I'm feeling sick to my stomach all over again.....
I am genuinely curious why. I do because I'm so Irish descent that I may as well have Jameson's for blood, my skin could snow blind people and cannot be protected by anything.
@@bcaye it’s honestly because Every time I see documentaries and films that take place in Ireland, even the videos that Randy and Katina upload make fall in love with the landscapes, the geography and the environment, not to mention that since Ireland is basically spears from any main continent it gives it that feeling of being far away from all the problems in the world. It really just vibes it that if faeries exists they really do make their home on Ireland.
Good to see you have visited some beautiful parts of Ireland, Galway, Bantry Bay. That food looked very appetizing. Would have loved to see some b-roll footage of the bay area so folk who have never been can share the experience 👍

I’ll give one thing to Randy, whenever he’s in the UK or Ireland, 90% of the time he uses British & Irish words over the American pronunciation except for cutlery, he still says ‘utensil’ 😄
Him being an Army veteran, Im surprised he doesn't call it a spork. I still eat most of my meals unless a knife is required, with a spoon. Just force of habit in the house, a pain in the arse when eating out 🤣

Haddock and cod are my two favorite fish... reminds me of Fridays up home in PA when every restaurant... and a majority of households, still have Fish Fry Friday... that's one thing that Vatican II may have said was no longer "required" but old habits die hard, especially in my hometown which has/had (it closed a couple years ago) the first Benedictine monastery in the country.
Subscriber for a long time , big fan . Got my diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver couple of weeks ago. Started a liver friendly diet , stopped drinking alcohol and careful about medications and supplements in attempt to reverse my condition . Saying all this because if I had known about it earlier I would have started to watch everything and done less damage to myself. Please get yourself checked in case you’re in danger. Don’t mean to be a downer , hopefully all is well with you .
I'm so jealous. I just came back from Vegas a couple of weeks ago. Two Irish bars had the exact same four beers. Guinness, Kilkenny, Smithwick's and Harp. You'd think an Irish Bar along the Las Vegas strip could do better. Apparently not. OH and BTW...congrats on another win.
