For anyone who still can't connect after resetting network... Try this. It worked for me: Context: - Phone is Huawei P20 lite/Nova 3E - Can connect to outside wifi, but not home wifi. It used to be able to with no issues, then suddenly it couldn't anymore. Someone here said that Huawei phones has issues with 5ghz bands. So go into your wifi router settings and set your wifi so that it separates the 2.4ghz and 5ghz band connections or set it such that it only shows the 2.4ghz connection. Then get your phone to connect to the wifi that is the 2.4ghz band. Hopefully this helps some people.

So start your phone in (safe mode) using (recovery) your phone will activate plane mode wait for 10 seconds and close plane mode now you can turn your wifi on. Don't use 5ghz wifi its causing a software problem stay with 2.4ghz wifi (İF U TRİED RESETTİNG NETWORK-AND SETTİNGS AND DİDN'T WORK TRY THİS) worked with my p30 pro
bro im experiencing the same thing with my huawei p30 pro and have tried the hard reset yet wifi is not turning on and phone keeps freezing and misbehaves...and the problem is im onboard now cos im a marine engineer... im sad

Hi, i was facing the same issue of you guys, if you notice your wifi or bluetooth when turning it on and turning itself that means there are some unknown cache that goes to your software let's say it's a software problem and if you notice something laggy when you scroll and going to an app and its freezing it maybe your facing software problem, if you have same issue as mine there's nothing to worry about just go to nearly huawei service center in your area and just state the problem the huawei tech will put a new software on your phone and your phone backs to normal like new, but be sure to backup your files first before you go to huawei service center, it cost me 450 pesos and if your phone still cover warranty you dont have to pay for the labor, hope this helps NOTE: for all huawei phones only if software don't work, it may be the baseband on your phones hardware so buy a new one!

This trick doesn't work then I realized that phone's date 📅 and time is incorrect, I corrected and my problem solved.
