Hey Upchurch, I have a question. I am working in the mountains of New Hampshire in a small town. I recorded in my phone the sound of a bird, or what I thought was a bird. I keep hearing the whistling throughout the day as I work. I hear constantly On and off throughout the day. So I ended up recording it and playing it to one of the locals that live here and asked them. What kind of bird is that? The guy said he didn’t know and he proceeded to tell me about sometimes he goes on his ATV at night. But if he hears hear noises in the woods it’s just wind. But he made a comment that sometimes if you’re out at night, you’re always feel like you’re being watched. Fast forward to today I kept hearing the whistling, and I recorded it again. So, it started getting dark and this time I hear the whistling so I mimic the whistling and I whistle back and then I hear the whistling again. But this time it was a different pattern. It was like a SOS with the whistle, and I start hearing whistling in the distance on the hill and then another in the distance area where the hills are. This time it’s coming from multiple areas. I start to panic and get in my truck and drive off. Now I’m freaking out because that whistling that I’ve been hearing for the past couple days I’ve been up here working for about seven days and I’ve been hearing that whistling every day and I’ve been in different locations. So now I’m thinking it’s actual people in the hills that’s been watching me. My cell phone service don’t work up here. My phone is always on SOS. so now I feel like I’m being watched and I’m paranoid have you ever heard of whistles in the hills before, I am in New Hampshire in a small town. There is no cell phone service here. I am bringing Internet to that area. Only reason I’m able to send this message is because I am done working and I’m at the hotel. This is the only place I get serviced over here. My question to you is have you ever heard of anybody communicating in the hills with whistles?
The film was a perspective issue. Slow it down in YT to .25, the people in the "background" are sitting on a wall on the other side of a dirt road or path that was lined with a wall that looked like flat ground, the tall ones are standing on the wall.
