I never realized how hard it was to get the world over heaven. Personally in my experience I got shadow Dio in my first try and I already had the items in my inventory because I randomly found them A minute ago

chances of you getting DIOS diary is better than your chances of getting 40 player kills, getting dios bone from dio boss and killing him 5 times

u can obtain dios diary from goku and chests so that farming wasnt rlly necessary
I did these quests after it got easier, i thought i was doing the most tedious tasks

Dude if you have a quest that you need to kill players, just tell them to reset or kill them, when they die barrage their body on the ground. It will probably count as a lot of kills. Also you can find dio s bone on a chest.

The dio is not accurate enough so I do recommend getting the dio face accessory and the hair, I have seen these dio accurate accessories, and to do road roller dio, just use an out fit that is road roller dio-related then just use blonde anime hair to top it off, because dio's hair in his road roller form does not have a jade headband (idk what the thing is on dio's hair) but it's accurate anyway
