What's the dress made from? Style kind of like the Victorian night gown a woman friend I had back in the early 1990's. However, her silk gown was ultra loose from the shoulders on down to just barely above the feet. Lots of gathers or shirring detail across the front and back yoke. Huge billowy long sleeves with thin elastic flounce cuffs. The only version I can find that closely matches is in the 1987 version movie of Beauty and the Beast; where Beauty falls asleep & dreams of running over the the Beast castle. With lightning flashing and wind blows her gown about. That was an interesting,( all pun intended) "BLAST" and fun garment to wear in soft breezes to stiff powerful winds made of 10 momme silk habotia. That was the only girlfriend that i had that wanted & had me wear nearly the same kind of clothes with her. Made from the same exact & weight fabric. It was allot of fun to experience what she was with those baggy thin flowing clothes. I sure miss those days.

I thought the wind was going to blow You away. Did You chase after Your hat wearing Your heels? Were You afraid You would damage Your heels in the sand? Like seeing You wear them in the sand.
Thank you and I did chase my hat across the street with the heels on and sand inside. And yes I was concerned that on my desk might be damaged shoes eventually as well.
