I used to love your content and I think you're a beautiful soul. I can't watch anymore after your lifestyle changes. I was excited to watch today's video bc it was tagged as all plant based! But then you pulled out butter, and collagen. Bummer. I'd love to see a fully plant based video! I'm happy you're happy, just miss spending time watching your channel 😔

Unfortunately for my mental health I can’t have restrictions on my diet and hearing it disappoints people that I’m not vegan anymore of course makes me sad. It’s a work in progress every single day my love. I’ve had to take one wall / restriction down at a time, but still they build themselves back up and I have to tear them down again and again. My advice is to give yourself time, step outside of your comfort zone and while doing so comfort yourself with kind words and encouragement. I learned to cook from a young age by watching the adults in my life, and I always had an interest in it☺️ So happy to help in any way, sending you so much love on your healing journey, you’re stronger than you think xxx💗✨
Can you tell what changed after you went vegetarian? I feel like my mind is more calm and my nervous system is not a massive mess since I am not vegan anymore... but I began to eat meat too. What is your experience?
