My favourites together with home and work vanished after I turn off the car and turn it on again. It happens every time I save the favourites and turn off and then on the car. What to do?
I have same problem. Took to service for sw update today, but did not fix this! Bad software in overall in this infotainment system. So messy without any clear logic.

@@zuiker1974 I've have my system updated at the dealer 6 times now, and now they just say that they can't fix it!
