They chose to all live together for nearly 10 years. They all have their own places now, but very close to each other. Right now, they are all in the military for their mandatory service. Two of them went in on a "Companion Soldier" program that allows siblings or close companions to enlist and serve together. Two others recently got out of the military and the other 5 are due back next summer. They have a group chat and they talk all the time, which we know because they tell us. They tell us a lot. They miss each other terribly and they also miss their fans (ARMY) who they also consider family. It's an incredibly unique relationship BTS has with their fans. You'll see.
Re Fashion: They are S Korean. S Korea is not only one of the most high-tech countries in the world, it's also one of the most fashionable. Koreans know clothes. They are also really famous for and advanced in their skin care.
K-pop is very visual and as such fashion plays a big role. The members are fashion icons and ambassadors of different brands: RM (Namjoon) - Bottega Veneta Jin - Gucci, Maison Fred (jewelry) Suga/Agust D (Yoongi) - Valentino J-Hope (Hoseok) - Louis Vuitton Jimin - DIOR Men, Tiffany V (Taehyung) - Celine, Cartier Jungkook - Calvin Klein Dynamite was filmed on a set - there were supposed to do outside shots but the weather was rather catastrophic. The room has e.g. a David Bowie poster, the Beatles etc. The song dropped in summer of 2020 and as such it was encouragement for Armys all over the world to remember that life is beautiful and Covid will pass. They were supposed to be on a global stadium tour. Instead they created their most personal album "BE" about the pandemic. K-pop tends to choose trainees and than drop some of them before debuting the survivors that fit the concept. In a way this is also the situation with BTS - there are people that were dropped and others left. The label was tiny and the members shared one bedroom. In fact for a time three of them slept on the floor - the label had no money/debt. Today - because of BTS - they have created HYBE which is closing in to the very top of the big labels in the global music market with quiet a few innovations. So we may get a Top4 of them, soon. Since they were supposed to be a Hiphop group first the group was built around RM (Kim Namjoon - familyname first) and he and Suga (Min Yoongi - who was also in underground Hiphop but also a producer) were safe from elimination - even when they were not that aware of that. J-Hope (Jung Hoseok) was a streetdancer with a crew and learned Hiphop/Rap from them and developed his own style. He was needed for other aspects which is why Namjoon talked him into coming back after he left and the label to accept him back. The vocalline is a little more complicated. But with how much they were outsiders and their workload/ethic they were isolated quiet a bit and learned to rely on each other, to communicate and solve their fights as a group. Because in Korea military service is mandatory but also for their development as artists they have done since summer of 2022 a lot of solo work - currently all of them are serving but Jin who just dropped his solo album Happy with the title track "Running Wild" - and J-Hope - who is already in the US - probably recording something. The members visited each other and gave each other encouraging messages. They actually shared a dorm till somewhen between 2020 and 2022. Though they had more personal space in the later appartments with their success. Their move out was slow but we can track the apartments they bought and the timeline - or we could if we wanted to - which is kinda creepy. I think I remember some sort of comment about the final scene - maybe alluding to wouldn’t have been nice to have been filmed outside or something like that. Again, this would happen planned ages in advance and not something they would have done last-minute due to weather. There was an army amino article with a production assistant talking about how it was impossible to navigate locations and even higher external crews so they controlled everything by being in house with Lumpens. They would have worked so far in advance that weather wouldn’t have been a factor.

Flooding and water damage can destroy a location for not only days but months if you want an intact "lawn" location etc. . Personally I only thought they wanted to film the firework scene instead of doing CGI - which - as you point out, too - is what they usually reduce if it is possible. An MV can be filmed in part quiet close to the realease date - despite the need for cutting. Not to mention that it can happen that you need extra scenes like in a movie that are filmed later.
