👋🏻Looking for more? I show you how to produce 1 song/week (while working a full-time job) in this video 👉🏻 th-cam.com/video/TrwMkUpqnYs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=onwQ1ENH35LV9rDV
i have some very important school years ahead of me in terms of exams and gcse's, but i'm still putting in the grind everyday as my reward after studying. i'm currently on my self-improvement journey, and what i'm learning is helping with motivation! thank you for the helpful video❤
This is very encouraging. As someone who has always made a lot of music while in school, my advise will be to prioritize school while holding on to your passion for music. There have been seasons where I had to put music on pause to focus on school. The music industry is ruthless and difficult to navigate. However, a good education opens diverse doors for individuals. All the best in your educational and musical journeys.
I think releasing at least every month is important to stay in the algorithm, last year i released like once in every 3 or 4 months, then the algorithm has already forgotten about you
been there! i usually have to go to bed the night before, programming my brain "when i get home, i am going to feel motivated and creative". when you get home, i would suggest a good 10 minute brisk walk and some deep breathing to wake up those cells and neurons. if you're hungry, get a power bite. i tell my clients, just 10 minutes a day. that's it. by the end of your week you have completed 70 minutes of work on your music. setting a timer, like PLV mentioned, helps a great deal. good luck and go get 'em!
Hey blv i like your videos, and i want to ask you about headphones, sony wh-1000xm5 costs 400 dollars is good at mixing and mastering or ath m50x that costs 150 dollars?
I've been pitching my Songs since February 2022. I've pitched more than 35 songs to editorial Playlist consideration but they've not accepted any of them yet.
Great video! With lots of ideas to have a better work flow for producers! Thanks but I do have a question what is the app your using to take notes? Lol😅
@@musicbyplv I understand. Must say I really did my best thou. I looked for female vocalists in my hometown (both starting artists with crappy demos as artists that had some videos and songs on spotify) and there are capable people out there but if they don't respond to your dm's or stop communicating for no reason, idk 🤷🏻. Maybe I've contacted the wrong ones. Maybe they just didn't like my stuff which I don't mind but I never got some proper feedback. That's why I did it myself. I just wanna make music
Well I feel like You but have not implemented what I know needs to be done because I dont feel My home environment is good for music production or making videos. I live in a small block with nabors all sides, I can hear them so I know they will hear Me making videos and doing music and that put Me off.
in my opinion, and this is just my opinion. the only thing that I could suggest is that you MUST play!!! You have to play to make music. You don't "produce" music, to make music! I don't know where did you get that concept from?? 🤔 If you play music you are creating music; easy formula, doesn't it? If you are not playing it's like you are watching a soccer game from screen! so basically; what I mean is : just play any instrument of your choice, please. and then you hire someone to record it, and then you can hire someone else to give you a midi file about what you just came up with 👍

Cool! But collaboration is the most challenging part. When you are an unknown musician, you always fear suggesting something collaborative to someone
You shouldn’t, especially if you are both at the same stage, help each other go up! 🔥

Awesome tips on production. Thank you for the advice :)
Happy to inspire you! 😊
Love the Daily Stoic, I read that every night before bed!
I actually SHOULD read it more often, like Daily 😅 Really want to get back into that habit!
Love your content, and love your authenticity, keep up the great work🔥💯
Thanks for tips. Learning music production at the same time as juggling work, family etc is challenging

Yes, absolutely! I hear every 4-6 weeks release is the right amount :) And producing consistently will allow you to do that, you got this 🔥
once every 2 months is also gud :/ like 6-7 singles a year
Great video!! 🙌
Thank youuuu 🥰🔥
Thanks for sharing!
your videos help me a lot....thank you❤️❤️

Have you improved the quality and tried to look into how to properly pitch songs?

Haha thanks a lot! 🙏 The app is Notion!
@@musicbyplv thanks 🙏🏽 ur awesome
About #2: sometimes you need to do it all by yourself if you can't find anyone reliable or serious, especially with vocals
Yeah definitely but… I gotta be honest it was always worth the time spent looking for the right person :)

Are you still working full time job? I thought you quit. I need a plan so i quit my 9-5 job and do it full time
By 9to5 I believe She is including studying at University or College as 9to5.
this is interesting
Glad you liked it :)
Good vid
Thank you Johny!!
Can I buy a beat from you?
I can do a custom beat for you yes, message me on Instagram or by email ;)
😍🤩
it's even harder if your job required you to think more example if you're working in IT industry
Yeah that’s true, in that case I’d try to push the music time BEFORE work :)
😮
Haha why are you shocked? 😅
@@musicbyplv probably by how good the video is 😂
I thought you're a full time music artist
I am! But for 2 years I was doing all this on the side of a full time job so I know what it was like ;)
