Happy Valentine's Day to Ms Deborah Harry. Melodic tunes with spectacular vocal range. Debbie looks absolutely lovely , lovely lovely while surfing the channels!
Deborah "Debbie" Harry, BLONDIE, one of the BEST of her many, many Hits !! It was a huge Radio-Hit in 1986, I remember. I was 12 years old, I didn`t know: "What should these `French kissin` mean ???" ^_^ !!! Still active with Blondie in 2020. Masterpiece, Debbie !!
She'll never be anything more than herself..& you can't top that. Ms Harry is more than a Legend. Yes she's beautiful yes she.kind & funny & a great support of many wrights for animals & peeps. If you ever have the chance to meet her in person you'll totally experience how beautiful she really is 🌟
I heard this in 2024 working with my cousin. I do remember hearing it as a kid during the 80s. But like someone else said. It should be on the radio more often. Really catchy track 😊
Oh dear lord. They broke the mold when they made Debbie. I had such a crush on you and I still do. You could be 102 and I would still love you, Deborah Ann Harry. If I could give you the moon, I would. Chris Stein is the most blessed man in the world.
I went to see Blondie last year, '23, in Brighton, England, and it was a sell out, not one seat left, the whole place was sold out, and the crowd went mad for them! They were Fantastic! And even had Johnny Marr from the Smiths and band playing intro too. It was Absolutely Brilliant ! So if you were thinking of seeing them GO ! You really will love it, Debbie Harry sings like punk meets silk, she's the best thing I ever saw
wonderful return to form here she looks divine and this is a gem of a song great slapstick video so 80s so cool a goddess still is it pains me her solo stuff is much under valued she said herself biggest part of it was blondie in all but name.
The very first time I heard Debbie Harry do this story of a song I was in Europe rather close to France. In fact, I have wanderd to Paris twice! " Debbie, if you can hear me, having a Conductor/Composer in the family(Twice) makes me somewhat inclined for singing. Anytime, Anywhere, I would Love to do this wonderful piece of artwork vocally with you,!" EMS>

There's a real summery, care free 80's vibe about this song. We were a free people. I miss these times very badly.
Even though here in the UK it was a hit in un-summery November and December!
I miss those days too my friend. Strange times we're living in now
You are absolutely right
It's okay here in England, I still feel the same as 1986 when I was 7 years old, watching this song on Top of the Pops.
