How do we explain Jurassic World releasing only 22 years after Jurassic Park (or 14 years after Jurassic Park III) and being successful, if the 30 year nostalgia cycle theory was hypothetically true?
I'm not saying in any way shape or form that the theory is some universal law, I just mean there is some merit to the idea of things becoming popular again every 30 years. A definite example of this being untrue would be the 2010s, I personally didn't see much of the 80s in the 2010s. I'm pretty sure the entire basis for that theory is Back to the Future anyway. I kind of said it as a joke, and I see what you are saying
Color blocking through separate pieces of plastic is always better than factory painting, in my opinion. Both looks better off the shelf, and gives more control for custom paint jobs.

I feel like a cool integration project could be done with this for those less into the dino styling. That plus the modability, I think something could really be done with it.
This thing is like the cousin to the Fortnite SR. Both are hammer-primed smart restrictor pistols, you're trading the SR's 4th barrel for extra dart storage. Also, what are you even supposed to use as iron sights for the Tricerablast?
What's the point of irons if the darts drop too quickly for them to be effective. Maybe you could use the three horns on the front as irons, like a grenade launcher.
I'm interested in the Tricerablast's Plunger and Spring. Apparently, the Spring has bigger diameter than the usual Hammershot spring. I want to see if a K26 will fit.
@Risen General well, that's pump action with gears, so it's much easier priming. Hammer priming is miles more difficult, you're pulling directly against the spring with just a thumb or two, so a strong spring in hammer primed blasters really sucks.
The internals for this particular blaster actually are pretty traditional for springers, unlike other hammer actions, so you could mod this fairly easily. It's pretty interesting to say the least

Drac as far as I noticed or remember they've always used like a half dart style dart on their packaging even back in the elite days. maybe it just wasn't as apparent or blatant I don't think that they're trying to fake people out into think that they're making half darts I think that it's just a convenient way to waste less ink
Yo drac, would you mind doing a couple videos comparing some of the various flywheels, flywheel cages, motors, and other such types of items currently on the market? It's sometimes hard to get a good read on some of the stuff out there before buying if you're new to the modding hobby (like me)... I'm specifically looking for rival wheels/cages RN but a generic set of reviews would likely be good for a wider audience.
It's a fire-breathing dragon in "Hillbilly Dueling Pistol" form. I'm gonna get one, shove an Adventure Force Destroyer spring in, paint it up all nice-nice, and bring it to an HVZ once the all-clear sounds for large gatherings. And I don't really CARE if that pisses you off. THEY'RE TOYS. Toys are for children. Concentrating on "performance" and "competitive play" serves only to do to this hobby what happened to comic-books in the 90's... if this hobby doesn't refresh itself with a fresh crop of young'uns every so often, if we keep looking down our noses at anything not geared towards the adults modding their Stryfes to get darts screaming downrange at 200FPS, This Hobby Is Going To Vanish Up Its Own Asshole.

This was the happiest I've seen Drac with a Nerf brand blaster in like.......65 million years.
