Yep, any kind of backup. Works pretty well if you are planning on doing a raid on a house, keeps people from fleeing out the back or side of house and all splitting up. Pretty legit.

Hi Benzo!! I loved these tips. I actually already knew some of them such as the panic button. I use a stream deck with a bunch of hot key buttons and this is one of them. I highly recommend everyone read the document with all the keys for your plugins and you will learn even more tricks!!

Awsome video benzo, would love to see you make a video on how to get certain units to patrol in certain areas, including uniforms, fire, ems, tow trucks, normal patrol cars, and swat units. If you show how do this I’ll love this video for ever. I’m trying to get my game setup with my states patrol cars and local city’s setup to. Is it possible to also see how to setup each vehicle to respond with different sirens?
Download Ultimate Backup Configurations- I dont believe you can have unique sirens for each department but I may be wrong

Hey benzo a quick question about grammar police, I might just be dumb but when you arrive on scene or pull someone over and you tell the dispatcher your location and she responds. I think my dispatcher might be high because if I ever say my location she says "Say again". Did you manually put in locations and postal codes?
This is key word. When you arrive on scene the only thing you can say is you are on scene/10-23, or on a traffic stop/10-11. Dispatch don't care about your location she won't recognize it. If you use a key word that she can understand like the commande set in your ini and add something she don't recognize she will still acknowledge because she recognize one of the 2 thing you said...
You only say you're in a 10-11. Not location. Benzo says the location to make it more realistic
All covered on my Grammar Police tutorials Part 1 or Part 2 if you set up your own 10-codes. Most do not watch those, as they don't have to time to watch a time stamped video lol

// Units that will be coming when you call for a panic button (only available if you're using PoliceSmartRadio)
// The values are any backup types from your xml files including the special units. It's comma delimited without whitespaces. You may put the same unit name multiple times
PanicButtonUnits=LocalPatrol,LocalPatrol,StatePatrol,LocalSWAT
Notice the LocalPatrol,LocalPatrol ? That means 2 units of that category will respond with StatePatrol and LocalSWAT
If you wanted 5 vehicles of the same, you would put LocalPatrol,LocalPatrol,LocalPatrol,LocalPatrol,LocalPatrol
Make sure there is no , at the end or it will crash your game

Hey! Thank you very much for the great video. It really helped me. However, I have a question about the configuration of the plugin. There is the option "Group Backup". Now, in addition to the normal group backup, I wanted to create a fire brigade group in which several different vehicles are deployed at the same time. Is this possible? Unfortunately, I couldn't find any option under Special Units. Thanks in advance!
A bit hard to explain over TH-cam comments but you would need to download a new Special Unit config file. They typically will come inside a EUP Ultimate Backup config like this one here www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/misc/28735-eup-backup-configurations-93/ Find the plugins folder > lspdfr > Ultimate Backup > here you will find the Special Units xml file.
My advice is to read the top of that xml file and it might help you create new units if you wanted to use the Ultimate Backup menu system. For more help you might consider joining out discord. Link in description.

Actually that is Scene Manager, still works, you just need an updated RageNativeUi, don't use the outdated one that comes with download. Did a Patreon vid on Scene Manager a few weeks ago actually

I don't think so as the green on the Onslow County is a darker green color. However, the liveries do look remarkably alike though. Is there a way to setup K9 pursuit backup? I can only call in a K9 on a traffic stop as it stands, would be nice to call K9 in on a pursuit in progress without having my own K9 partner
Unfortunately not that I am aware of
For whatever reason, UB still won't let me call for a medical helicopter. Every time I do I get the ambulance. Any idea what I possibly could try? I do have the updated version.

You can't do that, the only thing that comes close to an extra replacement is perhaps the police5 or the polgauntlet that was just introduced in the last few weeks with LSPDFR new update. Can't do police5 or polgauntlet without modifying your agency.xml file
I can't do a proper tutorial on this, as I never updated my GTA 5. I am on a older stable version of GTA as I reverted my game.

Have they updated the Sergeant mod recently? Also, I need help. I installed a mod in the main directory by mistake and now it's crashing my game. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the same thing keeps happening. Is there something I can do to fix it?
When you uninstall the game your mods and etc will still be in that folder, you need to clear it out before reinstalling or reinstall to a different location because it will default to the last location

I used to create a female character to use same cloth and then used as partner so my patrols consist of male officer (Me) and female officer, i used to do it like that because i like to put trousers tuck in like army, because in my country normal patrol officers use it like that. Police ranks in my country are like army there is sub-officers, officers, and superior officers and I like to roleplay like that in GTA creating my own uniforms like based in Americans uniform i also created a few uniforms from my country but preffers to leave like americans because it fits more with the ambient. Now i am in another country so i only have an old notebook but i am expecting some money next month because i was fired so i will build a PC here since i didn't bring mine 2 years ago when i came.

You need Stop The Ped patreon edition and you also need to have a vehicle with "Unknown Plates" those are rare.

Really wish I could gather a list of mods to get a authentic LA County modpack, there's just so many mods and stuff and they often don't go with each other.
Very true, I think Stevethegamer has set up some great mods for LA, but not sure if they all match or not or how up to date his mod list is

Easy fix, Ultimatebackup config, you will see near the top of the page, how backup responds with Code 2, Non-ELS can leave it as = yes ELS car users will need to have it as = no
Look for this:

@@BlueLineVibes Yes I am, when I hard press the key it sends the K9 back to the car or makes him leave the car. I figured out the K9 goes for the takedown when let out after any suspect on foot, probably to due with an update to the plugin.

It should, works for everyone else. Are you pressing Left Control + Number pad 0 key? Look at your UltimateBackup.ini file. Its a config, open it up and search for "Panic" look at your keys
