In this video I got a Hero Glamor Speedometer.
Meter only had display light no number meaning 70% dead,
When I opened the meter case and tried to find the problem, I found that a capacitor was damaged and some resistors were shorted, I solved all the problems. And changed the display color.
Finally I turned on the meter, now the meter works like new again.
