We do not have norev here as far as I know. It is sad to think one day there may not be hobby stores anymor, there's only two hobby stores near me. One is a Hobby Lobby and there diecast section sucks balls, any other one is a hobby Express which has a lot of really nice stuff. I was there today and I live in Pennsylvania so I bought a Pennsylvania state trooper car. Really looking forward to your 2020 diecast / hobby store tour. Looking forward to seeing the train section of that store also, thank you to the store owner for allowing you to do that and thank you for sharing it with me.
Honestly speaking these models are more beautifully crafted than diecast Leo hotwheels. Here you get the magical charm or spell of combined impacts of diecast metal, glass and plastic: the result is stunningly awesome.
The first ones look big enough to be 1/18th scale. The Scalextric Escort was smashing. We should wish these shops lots of success, keeping the high street alive with gorgeous crafts. There's nothing like seeing it in the metal and dreaming. If we have the choice, we should stroll into town with the family and purchase in person. 15:40
This Friday I'm going to the biggest aviation store in Europe and Saturday I'm going to the biggest diecast car event in Europe to make a video. I hope you are going to like it.
Wow, cool. It’s true we won’t see many of that kind of store around soon I believe. Here in Canada in my city I have only been to a few model cars shops that carry die cast cars. There is only one I know of that carry cars and plastic model kits and that was years ago. I would hope it’s still there. Some remote control vehicle hobby shops sell slot cars still or plastic model kits but not many die cast metal vehicles. I have started to collect 1/64 scale die cast vehicles like M2 ones and would love to find Auto World vehicles but that rare here to find in a store. Most of it is on line shopping now. So far I have got 14 1/64 M2 vehicle
M2 is a very nice brand.. I'm lucky we have a lot of Diecast/hobby shops in my country. Have to drive a few hours but it is worth it 🙂 In the beginning of February I'm going to a amazing diecast car store in the Netherlands. One of the best stores in my country

These stores used to be everywhere and I remember picking cars out to buy as a kid, but they are already nearly entirely extinct. While in Germany check out (if you haven't been already) Miniatur Wonderland in Hamburg. The reason we (UK) drive on the left is from the days of horse transport. Most people being right handed when they rode there horse if they were ever attacked they could draw there sword to defend themselves, as there opponent would be on the rightside.

I love the passion that you show for these beautiful models,it often makes me wonder who buys them all ? collecting diecasts is an expensive hobby and that is why you have to specialise,keep filming this shops because you are recording history that may not be here in ten years time.
Thank you for the awesome video! It has inspired me to go on a die cast tour. I love American cars but also am very interested in foreign cars that I've never heard of. For some reason we dont have many choices when it comes to buying diecast in a brick and mortar shop. Which you would expect here in the American South where we love our cars as much as and sometimes more than our women, lol. Lastly I share your sentiments about how many people we could help with the money to cost us to build war machines. I think they had the right idea when they did BattleBots. We should Just build small-scale rc versions and then the victor smd the defested can both still enjoy the spoils!

Then I thought I must show you guys what's it like here in Europe🙂 I think a lot about war and specifically the why? Well, looks like this settles the matter....I think Norev is my brand! They seem to specialize in my style. I even saw my daily driver in a model you showed (white Ford Edge SUV). That was crazy to see, looks like the exact car sitting on my driveway right now. Thanks for making this video, very helpful to see the actual cars....not just a pic on EBay or another web site.
Lots of nice modern new cars. I like the classic and muscle cars or race cars. I’m into motorcycles as well. If I could find die cast motorcycle models I’d definitely collect them too. I really love the classic trucks from the 1940’s to the early 1970’s

NOREV have gone from strength to strength over the last few years especially in 1/43 where I would now put them on a par with Minichamps. Only NOREV are less greedily priced. Your English BTW is far far better than my Flemish - but THIS would seriously make me think about moving countries from the UK! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for Sharing :o)
If you are ever in the Frankfurt Germany area there is a nice shop in Klassikstadt also a nice display of actual cars ......Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren.... etc.
I am really enjoying your videos. I have loved diecast since I was a little kid, and I never stopped collecting. In your travels, I would greatly appreciate if you could capture some Coca Cola advertised cars and trucks. I collect these from all parts of the world and Europe has many prized gems because I cannot get them in US.

You do an awesome job in your videos, and I am enjoying hunting for gems in them. But, I also enjoy the beauty of all the different diecast out there. Perfect choice. This one is really good looking. I like the bigger scale cars of bburago. A couple of months ago there was a bburago pop up store close to my house.
Not in this store and also not in a regular toystore. I know one store in my country were they sell Jada. In February I'm going to a store with only diecast cars. Maybe they have Jada toys.

Even the Matchbox selections that I've seen in your videos look better than those at most of our US stores. A lot of employees snag the good pieces for themselves.
I like it when you show the brand names of the cars. Some of them I've never seen here in the U.S. I love the video though, kind of like window shopping but without the temptation to buy everything in the store.
Norev is a very nice brand but I think it's difficult to get in the U.S.? Stores like this are dangerous for people like us in a good way. And if I'm watching my own video I still see thing I wanna buy... So I'm going back soon🙂

It's very difficult to say what is the best diecast brand in 1/43 or my favorite in 1/64. There are so many good brands. The most important thing is that you like a model and it doesn't matter how expensive or cheap it is. Have a good weekend 🍀

With how my fingers are, I cant build models... but I do own 2 models in boxes... a Trans Am and a 1973 Dodge Charger.

My favourite car is Lexus lfa but some how there's only tamiya version on online, I know there is diecast version by 1/18 but just can't find it. But this video is amazing you have alot of trouble & time to do this. 👍

It's very difficult to say what is the best diecast brand in 1/43 or my favorite in 1/64.
There are so many good brands.
The most important thing is that you like a model and it doesn't matter how expensive or cheap it is.
