Tokyo ghoul is about this, but, I am afraid the anime is horribly bad, except the first season. Yeah i know, i know, people always say "read the manga lol", but really, the manga is amazing, and the visuals are great as well. Go watch the anime if you want, but you will be disappointed after the first season

The whole point of the film clip is about how the girl was bad for him and even almost killed him then in the morning he was ready to go back and search for her even after all of that and even towards the end when she was killed he was still wanted her symbolized by the card with her number on it it's all a symbolization of addiction in particular alcohol the girl being the alcohol, the main blonde guy the person with the addiction, the club being the place of access and/or the initiator and the black hair guy is rehab and/or supportive person helping them quit and get some normality out of their life even if it has changed forever because of it.
