One Million Candycanes | BEAR (Alpha)

How was this even done? Besides the launch day of the event, I played and grinded out Arctic Valley in a private server for primarily eight hours every single day, sometimes more. Each round I collected as many canes as I could before the boss died and once it did I'd quickly rejoin the server to guarantee that map in the selection pool again and skipping a good portion of the lobby intermission. Later on, alts were introduced for the sole purpose of dropping their guns and quickly leaving before the round actually started. This meant more snowballs fired and less players accounted for, meaning less boss health. If everything went well, it would've garnered me 50k-60k canes for the day.
My main motivation for this was the milestone number, not getting lucky, although that could've been a factor. What kept me going was thinking of what might've happened if I did get a million, like El Sam the Santa Bro surprisingly entering the shop for that amount, but I knew that was not likely.
Very very special thanks to Eagqle for helping me with this achievement. Without him, this would've been significantly harder to pull off or not possible.
