Its a good service for many people who just play games for fun and don't care about collecting games and keeping the discs. But personally I feel like gaming should never be turned into a subscription service, I always support collecting physical disc and keeping them in your collection in good condition. What if I want to play a old game after a few years as a revisit then I can just put my disc in a play and feel good knowing that I own the game rather than having to buy a membership for a limited time and feel like I just borrowed or rented the game for some time, even if they let me access 500 different games. It feels like all my game progress and time playing the game was spent in a gaming parlor where I obviously do not own anything
