Thanks so much for this. I got my first EC planner this year (a horizontal one), but I'm realizing that I think I need to move onto a daily planner. I was looking at getting a Daily Duo for my Birthday (My Birthday is at the end of June- perfect for a July 2021 planner), but the one thing I don't like about the EC planner (other than all the blank space) is that weekends are on one page. One of the reasons I want to switch to daily is because I want the room to put both a to-do list AND a schedule (Right now, I often have my schedule written in out of order. Having a dedicated hourly slot to write things in would be nice). I want Saturday and Sunday to be like every other day.
But I don't exactly want my small collection of covers to go to waste, so I'm looking at this as an option. My one concern was the coil and the number of punches, but I'm glad to see that it may be an option.

What size are these? I was hoping to find out if the larger sizes (8.5x11) would work on each other. Thanks!

Love it! I hate the idea of spending that much for EC when the inside of the planner is not the special, but I have covers with my son and my husband that I want to keep. Thanks!!

That was a cool hack. Why did you switch from Happy Planner to the Plum Paper one?

Sorry I meant for it to come off as more curious: Can you tell us why you like the Plum Paper Planner so much? I'm in the market for a planner haha and I'm wondering why people prefer the ones they've chosen :)

@@moondust3526 I actually did the same thing. So personally, I felt plum paper had better customized layouts. I am a student and they offer free stickers and certain sheets for free included that help me track assignments. However, the plum paper covers seemed a tad too childish. So I used a $10 off code in Erin Condren and got an interchangable wedding flower cover so now I can change my Christmas deer cover whenever I want. I was also able to add a monthly gratitude and reflection page. I absolutely love the idea of being able to add those on. You can also pick many other add ons. Plum paper was ultimately my choice because of the price as well. I paid $32 for my student planner including shipping because the cover I chose was a holiday one so it had a discount. The Erin ones go for around $40-50 not including shipping. Not only was it outside my budget, but not as customizable as plum paper. I was able to get some stickers off of shein for $30 and now I am waiting for them to arrive. I would suggest avoid buying stickers on Erin Condren...too expensive honestly. There is a sale, but still $3 for a sheet of stickers is too much.

Hi! To echo what Magaly Bravo said, I also felt that Plum Paper had better, customizable, layouts. I also wanted to switch over to a coiled planner because many of my pages would fall out of the Happy Planner, leaving the planner feeling less secure as I carried it around. By the way, do I know you in person? :)

@@magalybravo7632 It’s interesting that you think the Plum Paper covers are too childish. I feel that way about EC’s covers. I like way more Plum Paper covers than EC. The EC cover in this video is childish imo. No offense.
