Hidden charges as such kuch nahi hai bus exam ka time pa registration fees dena padta hai. For the admission part I wouldn't give a comment as such but as of my personal opinion it's really very risky to take admission before getting the nmc approval. Our college will get approval probably in the last round seats of this college is already filled up so I guess if the college does get approved then there will not be much seats left. So take your decision wisely.

To be honest jab tak na college ki affiliation mil jaya tum logo ka batch ka liya tab tak admission lena sahi nahi hoga....... par at the end mop up round main college ko affiliation mil hi jayaga so muja nahi lagta isma koi problem hoga

Nope it's not mandatory. You can buy books from wherever you want. Also you can buy them from seniors :)
