Jumz. Just so you know. The initial payment of $120 is actually made up of 2x$60. The GhanaCard is $60 every year in advance renewable every year. Plus the one off initial registration fee of $60.
So you don't pay $120 initially but rather you pay $60+the $60 making a total of $120.
I hope this makes sense to you. This is how you should explain it.
