Nick Diaz is the best interviewee in MMA. Period. I like how he just says whatever comes into his head. He started going off on the details of the triathlon and starts answering q's no one asked. Ex how he came 4th, cause he was heavier than usual, and he likes this one course cause its got different levels of resistance. I said 'get up you're a legend. don't lay there get up.'
Nick is a GREAT fighter, not an ok one.........he's a warrior and always has been..........he's only twenty five......he's still improving and fun to watch. I hope he fights for a long time, he always comes to fight........
He's actually way more respectful these days. I like the present Nick over the prick he used to be. Time and watching fighters half as good as he is straight up bank rolling will do that to a guy..
I'm from LA. I'm the biggest MMA fan I know. I try to watch the best in the game and have for a very long time. I've stayed up till late morning to watch Dream etc... I think Nick Diaz is the best MMA fighter in the world. Nick Diaz can definitely beat GSP. The only way Diaz can loose is if he beats himself gets arrogant and doesn't stick to the game plan. He gets arrogant in fights and now that GSP beat Diaz's best friend I'm worried that Diaz will loose his cool.
The thing is tho , High school and college wrestlers don't make up a big enough fan base to keep the sport going otherwise we would all be able to name National College wrestling champions . People want to see Fighters fight and at least TRY to finish the other guy off. If all the fighters start playing the "game" to not lose like Fitch and GSP , its going to be horrible for the sport. They must start penalizing fighters for stalling . The scoring system MUST be fixed eventually.

i dunno if he was past his prime that far back, maybe a bit later i think, but i wish mma was evovled enough back then so we could see what frank shamrock in his prime, doing today's modern mma training and skill lvl's would be like, he would be one of the best ever for sure.

They outclass their weight divisions. That's why I really like watching Lightheavyweights in UFC. Never know what's gonna happpen next.

@addiemac he beat alves on the stand up, he fucked up jon fitch on the stand up all fight, he beat koschek in the standup, the little bit of stand up him and hardy had he won, he beat bj in the stand up, he beat matt hughes in the stand up, and if you think the hardy fight was gsp being boring you dont know how to appreciate ground game he had him in an armbar twice but hes respectful and he didnt want to break his arm
alves could have won stand up but he kept using his energy to get up and then didn't kick his leg which if you watch fight again would have slowed gsp. he beat alves but thago showed promise that he could get back to feet he just needed better striking strategy. and diaz could beat alves straight up his reach has been his thing and he would tower alves
