    I really want to try some of this, but I've been using kerasoy 4120 for the last few years, so I'm slightly hesitant about changing.

    Thanks for the video. When is the best time to use heat gun, soon after the wax has solidified but still slightly warm, or completely cooled or next day? Many thanks.

      Hello Kristi, It would depend on the type of wax you are using. For a paraffin wax it is best to heat them before it starts to pull away from the glass. If you were using RCX and you notice an issue it is best to use the heat gun before it dries. If you let us know what wax it is for we can try and help future :)

    I’m using this wax which I like. What is your recommendation on what temperature to add the fragrance to the wax for the ultimate hot throw ?

      We recommend heating the RCX wax to 60°C and then adding the fragrance oil. By adding the fragrance oil to the wax at 10%, this will naturally cool the mixture to around 55°C. After allowing the mixture to cool to 38-40°C, the wax will start to look slightly cloudy - this is the ideal pouring temperature.

    Can you use this wax for wax melters tarts?

    • @candleshackltd3476
      @candleshackltd3476  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Shun, we would recommend using a wax with a higher boiling point such as our HPM wax which is specifically designed for wax melts. There is no issues with using spare RCX to create wax melts, but the HPM will ensure they retain their structure.
