@@zi741 scaramouche is going to be released in 3.3 (as a playable character), so raiden having a rerun is just a logical thing. also, 3.0 had zhongli, 3.1 will have venti, 3.2 will have kusanali (dendro archon), so again it just makes sense for raiden to be in 3.3 :))

Beidous burst does not work with Raiden, the Auto attacks in raidens burst are considered elemental burst damage, but beidous burst only procks with normal Auto Attacks.

I have 115 primos saved at 61 pity (should be a guaranteed raiden). I recently hit ar50 and I've been farming materials and artifacts for her. I just need more talent books and signora's flowers and I'm set. I have decent artifacts saved up, but they could be alot better, they'll do for now though. I have the catch at R5 as well (also need to level that up to lvl 90) But off the bat when I get her she should have: 60% crit rate, 109% crit dmg, 230% ER, lvl 7 burst, lvl 6 E, and lvl 6 NA. I also just got xingqiu from the standard banner, so now I have everyone for Raiden National. I'm honestly so ready for Raiden's banner that I'm always watching other people pull her from like a year ago lmao

I'm not going to lie I literally saved up 21,000 Primo Jim's just to get Shogun and thankfully that was enough to get her plus 4 weapon in one day on top of that I was able to get another character on the second Banner you know who I'm talking about my phone won't let me spell out the name but I feel that that's the best chance you have if your trying to get a specific characteristic save up that much I think what doing enough quest lines plus the commissioned everyday on top of that special events and the 30-day pass that gives you 90 Primo gems you can save up for a specific character that you neither or interested in are you want that's coming back very soon that way you can basically complete their constellation
