A few years ago there was no charge for parking at the pier but things got out of hand and tourists were leaving their scooters everywhere. Roads got blocked which meant that the bikes had to be moved to let cars, trucks etc. through. This sometimes resulted in damage that ultimately had to be paid for when the scooter was returned to the hire shop. Since the parking restrictions were introduced there has been a significant reduction of tempers boiling over due to less damaged scooters.
No, I'm trying to work it out. The videos are fine when I've rendered them but after publishing to youtube they sometimes have audio problems. I've put in a new sd card but its either a youtube problem or something else
