May I make an observation? The trainee doesn't make proper swing back of his arm on the same side of his leg that is kicking. This makes the kick awkward, and not as powerful as it should be. Witness when you walk, and stepping your right leg forward. The right arm will be swung back to balance the body, and make the stride strong. Ajahn Suchart should correct his student form.

Do you know if the trainee is thai or other nationality? This may have to do with his perception for muay thai. If not knowing about this, how or where can we find out?
It will be great help to know.
There is another trainee I speculate if thai or not, and allso here it is solely in order to learn it correct vs. incorrect. Thais just simply have a total superiousity when it comes to mastering the human body.

@@MrCarstennielsen I don't know about the trainee, but the trainer seems to be Thai. Many foreign muaythai students can kick perfect form, but I see many of Ajahn Suchart's students have this poor kicking form.

@@sportmuaythaiv1045 Ok, did not make that observation, but will try to look into it again.
I still like very much to find out who of his trainers, if any, are thai, since thais really seem to have much deeper feel for muay thai.
Do you have idea how to find out about this, cause it is not informed about on their homepage or facebook or anywhere else as far as I can see.
The thing about foreings making perfect form I am not sure of, at least not when seen in how they combine their game in sequences. To me it then often seems like it is abruptet pieces stuck together vs. a totality moving harmoniously.
I am myself foreing, farang, have lived for several years in Thailand and still love investigating the sport.

@@MrCarstennielsen I regret I don't quite understand your question. But if you want to find a legit school with legit teacher, look for real ex muaythai fighter with good fight record; a Thai national preferably. A good and legit muaythai fighter should be proud to give his curriculum vitae.

@@MrCarstennielsen OK I read further and think I know what you're getting at. Do you still live in Thailand? If so, please tell me where you live. I can give leads to where you can find more useful leads. If you live else where, I'll try to inform you how to find a good muayhtai gym.
