LATE WINTER WALLEYE ON LAKE ERIE

Fished out of Huron today with these unseasonal weather conditions that feels like summer. Awesome 2 days of fishing out there. Days like this are hard to come by anytime of the year on lake erie. As long as the weather pattern holds like it has been, we will be cranking in hogs until the end of march mid april. It amazes me how many people dont even look at fishing for walleye in the winter time. Trolling for walleye is a year round thing as long as were not iced in at the ramps. Light winds, warm and sunny, always get those big fish poppin!
