Making a triumphant return to the stage after a lengthy hiatus, Kathleen Edwards performs fan-favourites and premieres new material from what would later become her acclaimed 2020 album "Total Freedom" live at Massey Hall.

This was a great performance. I wish I had seen it live. I did get to see you and Colin open for Ron Sexsmith. Christ that was almost 15 years ago!
Glenfern is maybe the best song you have written to date. Such honesty and the perspective of time is a wonderful gift to have (and share).
I remember watching you at the t.l.a. in Philadelphia. I remember a short young lady playing with a piano player who wore an expos baseball hat. I remember the look on your face when u sang hockey skates. Back then, u were a happy and proud Canadian. It doesn't matter to me what side of the map you are on. I just remember 2004 to 2007. I remember the performance when my morning jacket came to town. You were so sick on stage. U said u had a bad cold, and 30 minutes later, u were done. Mostly, I remember 3 amazing performances. Sometimes a crowd and sometimes 20 people. Your guitar player has always been amazing. Your voice spot on and your energy shines through with every note, phrase, and song that passes quickly onward into the night. Now im 55 and your 40? My life will be over in 10 years. I hope your touring career last long beyond that!!
Best wishes to that short, energetic person that set my world a fire with passion and a blaze that will never burn out.

Saw KATHLEEN' EDWARDS' first Concert performance at #MasseyHall on the day AFTER Valentine's opening for JIM CUDDY BAND featuring her then husband, COLIN CRIPPS, the gifted guitarist, #songwriter and #producer who has since become BLUE RODEO's guitarist.
Celebrities from her #HockeySkates video were in the House and sitting directly Next to us!

I haven't se3n kathleen edwards live in many years. I wish I new she was performing in 2018. The good new is yesterday I saw that she will be in camden county New Jersey as part of thier summer concert series. I have a signed cd from her. She was playing at the t.l.a. in philadelpia. The year was 2003 or 2004. My hope is to once again briefly speak with her and have her resign the same c.d. with this year day and date. Now I'm really looking forward to a very hot day and concert in july. Thanks kathleen for continuing to perform for you fans.
