Due to a small road closure on Vanderbilt Avenue, B69 buses were re routed along Fulton Street and Lafayette Avenue.

He went that way on his own, The B69 doesn’t even run on fulton that long, it runs on Vanderbilt. So that’s not the route.

@@chrisdadrillaThey rerouted it temporarily due to a closure on Vanderbilt, not because the driver did it on his own. Look at the description of the video.
