yeah lol my best friend and I had the same intermediate band class in 7th grade but I had been playing since the 4th grade so I was really advanced compared to her and after practicing hard and not getting it she started crying and I didn't know what to do so I started crying laughing and then I started really crying with her cause I felt bad
Leaders are like parents figure of a group & that's what parents do they point out your mistake so any outsider won't have a chance to point at you & that's the reason Youngbin is one of the BEST KPOP LEADER.
For those who think this is bully or torture, for those who don't like Youngbin's behavior, you guys have no right to be proud of how great Hwiyoung is right now. Ppl need criticized to be better. They should know what their mistakes are, to avoid the same mistake in the future. Be objective fan if you really love Neoz Dance or SF9! They chose the right leader to be honest. Youngbin knows how to lead their members and youngers. He knows how to solve the problem. He has the best charisma and the most mature as an older and leader among the other members. SF9 fighting!!!
Youngbin does have a harsher tone when in these situations. But its honestly to help Hwiyoung. So i agree with you. Youngbin cares very deeply for each of his members and he only wants the best for each. Hes leading them. Hwiyoung cried because he felt like he let his team down and they were all very stressed during this time. And when Youngbin pointed out his mistake 3 times, it stressed Hwiyoung out.

Tbh that video is a perfect example how great this group and how good chemistry they have. Those were tears of frustration and i swear i've been there (we all have been there i think) It reminds me of when i failed a test in highschool even tho i worked hard to aprove (being awake in the midle of the night studying non stop) I was so dissapointed at myself and when i arraived home and saw my mom i started crying. She just hugged me and i quietly said "i'm tired". She made sure to show me that she was not dissapointed of me and i felt better after all the meltdown. This is what this part of the show reminds me. It's a portrait of a family and the support and love they give you in hard times.
After their performance in Kingdom, Hwiyoung became my wallpaper and my ultimate crush right now huhu. Take note, I am a Deobi, iKONIC and Stay. 😉 he really hits me
I don't know why this clip pop up on my recommendation again lol but for those who are confused about this vid, Hwi actually can't get the moves perfectly so youngbin (the leader with red hair) told him that what he did is not cool and he should do what he practice to. Yb became so sensitive bcoz of the result about their last perf that's why he wants their next perf to be perfect. In the end he apologize to hwi and told him that "people will judge you by what you do on stage, if you keep on doing that, I can't ignore you. You are part of our team. This is all for you." Youngbin is one of the best leader for a reason. He may be strict when it comes to their perf, but he love his members so much that he will choose to suffer alone than tell his kids whatever that bother his mind and heart.

I’m 5 years late to this and them, well 3-4 years cuz I discovered them back in 2019 I think (🤔) but I watched the eng subbed version (or it was in the guide I did for them a couple of weeks back) and I absolutely get it. They were fighting to debut and mistakes need to be worked out NOW, not after you debut. This was their dream and they figured it out in the end. I adore them the more I see of them. Loved them on kingdom too, the show that made me wanna know more than just their music I had already heard!

after years now as SF9 debuted, when i look at Hwiyoung now, i remember this video. then scrolling down the comments n some just break my heart. Hwiyoung cried becoz Youngbin rude to him saying everyone's dance was good but not Hwiyoung's. he cried n people like "awww Hwiyoung cried. dont torture him. rude Youngbin". but think, he need to take care other 8 burden plus himself. when he cry becoz of the hardship he had as a leader will people say like when other members cried? he the best leader i've ever seen in kpop history. i'll always loving him before debut, dob era, after debuted n forever. n becoz of this "harsh" comment from the leader Hwiyoung is better n better now.
Actually, he is better from practicing. Youngbin isn't the main dancer.
