    Hi thank you this was a very informative information. Should the stockvel be registered to fund me or a regular stockvel we have in our community will I qualify?

    • @PropertyChatWithKG
      @PropertyChatWithKG  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, thank you so much for stopping and I am glad you found this video informative. I don't think registration matters. If your Stokvel can give you enough money to buy a house then FLISP can come in handy for you. The aim is to help people buy properties and the government wants individuals to do their part first, which is putting their own money first then government backs you up!

    Hi there, firstly thank you for your informative channel my question is if you find a vacant land that cost less than what you qualify for, Does it support buying a vacant land? do i still need to go to the bank for home loan if Flisp covers the vacant land price that im interested in??

      @JAKO.EST94 Once you have been approved for the subsidy, it can be used to purchase a new, existing, or old residential property or a vacant, serviced residential plot that is linked to a NHBRC builder contract.

      Hey Nomaphelo, it does not matter at all. They are looking at 2 things; is it your first property and are you able to finance it either by bond, cash, personal loan, Stokvel, or other means, If you can, they will definitely consider you!

      @PropertyChatWithKG  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @etvscandalfanpage2011 Thank you so much for stopping by. You should have a good credit score (680 up) because flisp can give you up to 170k, and additional will be a loan from the bank. Banks look at your credit score 🙏🏽

    If I am single with no dependant will I qualify ? Also do we have to repay this amount at some point ?

      @nokuvelaputini8408 Thank you so much for stopping by and the feedback. Please join the community by subscribing.
      This is the grant from the government, and you don't pay it back.
      Dependents include your children, sisters or brothers or cousins children, your parents, and anyone you are financially taken care of.
      So you need dependants to qualify. Similar to people applying for RDP houses.

    • @PropertyChatWithKG

      @fundiegee6992 create bank accounts for them and send them money every month. Or keep receipts of groceries, rent, rates, taxes, etc, you buy or pay for them monthly.
