- ET’s Rachel Smith spoke with Kelly Clarkson and Gwen Stefani about bringing ‘female energy’ to the judges dynamic on ‘The Voice,’ premiering Oct. 19 on NBC. Clarkson reveals why she’s been an ‘open book’ when discussing her divorce from Brandon Blackstock, and how she becomes a ‘mama bear’ when it comes to protecting their four children in the public eye. Stefani shares how emotional it was to be reunited with her dad after months spent apart in quarantine.

@@tammyhughes2239 I agree, she looks so much younger without it. My biggest pet peeve is the lip outliner. OMG, the contrasting shades of liner and lip stick, drives me crazy. It reminds me of my mother's old lady friends. Why do they outline using such dark colors?

My favourite part of this was how the interviewer asked if Gwen’s dad had lost the weight intentionally. Seems like a small question, but it’s really not. It’s so important to not celebrate weight loss before we know if the person is okay mentally and physically. It’s horrible when someone says like: “wow, they look so nice, they’re skinny!” and that person has lost weight due to depression or cancer or some other horrible thing. So the interviewer’s question is very thoughtful and we all should learn from her.
Thank you for saying this. 2 years ago I lost 60# in about 7 months and got compliment after compliment about how good I looked and I must be working so hard but in reality I was spending $500 a week on meth and slowly starving to death on my way to an od. Been sober for 14 months, gained some of the weight back and now I just hear about how I'm "letting myself go" again.

@@kth5057 what i cant believe is that after he filed for divorce her management company sued her for 1 million dollars. Its run by Norvell. Blackstock her husbands father and i guess he works there. She turned around and filed against him...i guess when they were married its ok if she doesnt pay them for work they claim they did for her but since she filed for divorce they want their money.
